Can I use the same buqo account for my iPhone, iPad& Android device?

Yes you can. Your buqo account is valid for all these devices. You can also use it to log in to if you want to purchase using the website then you can read your purchased publications on your buqo app in your device.

How many devices can my account simultaneously accommodate?

Your account can be used to log in to buqo in up to seven (7) different mobile devices at same time.

How do I import my library from my other device?

You just have to log in to buqo using your account, click on the “Settings” button and select “Update Library”. Your library (or “My Shelf” in the app) will then update with all your previous purchases and free downloads.

What do I do when I forget my password?

In case you forget your password, click on “Forgot password?”option in the sign-in box. You will then be asked for your e-mail address. Enter your registered email address in the blank field and click on “submit.” The system will email a link where you can reset your password.

Will the eBook/eMag content be the same as the book/magazine?

It will generally have the same content but will provide an enhanced reading experience with the addition of interactive features such as audio clips, videos, and other functions not found in the print version.

I already purchased the book/magazine but I can’t find it in my shelf. What do I do?

If you can’t find your item in your shelf after purchasing, try doing the following steps

  1. Sign out of your account.
  2. Close the app.
  3. Sign in again.
  4. Click on “Settings” or the upper right most icon on the app.
  5. Select “Update Library”.
  6. If your purchased books/magazines still don’t show up in your shelf, kindly contact and we’ll help you out.

Can I delete books or magazines from my shelf?

Yes. You can delete books or magazines to free up space in your device. . When you are in your shelf page, “long press” (or press for more than 2 seconds) on a cover until the “x” button appears on the upper right corner of the cover. Click on the “x” button to delete the item and then click “yes” to confirm deletion.

Can I restore my deleted items?

Yes, of course. In case you want to restore and read your previously downloaded books and magazines, just go to your shelf, then select the category of the item to restore (ex. Books or Magazines). “Long press “ anywhere on the page until a “Restore” button appears on the top left corner. Click on the item you want to restore. You will need internet connection when restoring items.

Do magazine subscriptions include back issues?

Magazine subscriptions start from the current issue onwards. If you happen to have already purchased the current issue, your subscription will begin with the following month’s issue.

Do magazine subscriptions auto renew?

Some of our publisher apps may have the Auto Renewal option in subscription purchases. Kindly make sure to check the terms of your purchase with every subscription transaction.

Do I need to be online to read my publications?

Nope. You can read a book or magazine offline as long as you have completely downloaded the item.

Will I lose my downloaded items when I update my buqo app?

Your purchased items are also stored in the cloud so you will always be able to restore your purchases when you update your library.

If there are problems with my downloads or payments, how do I contact you?

Please send details of your problems and queries along with your email receipt from iTunes or DragonPay to
